User Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with Meta Platform Policies and Global Privacy Laws (GDPR, CCPA), PagePilot provides full transparency and simple mechanisms for users to request permanent data deletion.

Method 1: Automatic Deletion via PagePilot Dashboard

You can remove your connected Facebook Pages or delete your workspace directly from the dashboard:

  1. Log in to your PagePilot account at pagepilot.app/login.
  2. Go to Settings > Workspace.
  3. Select the connected Facebook Page you wish to remove and click Disconnect Page.
  4. To delete your entire account and all associated workspace data, navigate to Profile > Delete Account.

Upon confirmation, all page access tokens, cached analytics, scheduled drafts, and account records will be permanently expunged from our database.

Method 2: Remove PagePilot via Facebook Settings

You can revoke PagePilot's access directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile and open Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Click on Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  3. Find PagePilot in the list of active integrations.
  4. Click Remove and check the box to delete all posts and videos published by this app if desired.
Method 3: Submit Manual Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to your account or wish to verify the complete purging of your records, you may email our Data Protection team:

Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Email]

Please include your registered email address and associated Facebook Page IDs. All manual deletion requests are processed and confirmed within 48 business hours.

Confirmation of Permanent Erasure

Once data deletion is triggered, tokens are revoked immediately, relational tables are cleaned in accordance with GDPR principles, and no residual copies remain in production databases.
