1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the PagePilot platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business, agency, or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Description
PagePilot provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform designed to assist marketing teams, businesses, and agencies in managing, scheduling, publishing to, and analyzing connected Facebook Pages.
3. User Accounts and Workspaces
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Each workspace owner is responsible for activities conducted by invited team members (Admins, Editors, Analysts).
- You agree not to bypass, probe, or attempt to circumvent tenant isolation mechanisms.
4. Meta Platform Compliance & Acceptable Use
When using PagePilot with Facebook Pages, you agree to comply strictly with:
- Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
- Facebook Community Standards and Advertising Policies.
- You must not post, schedule, or distribute spam, fraudulent content, malware, or defamatory material.
- You must have legitimate administrative authority over any Facebook Page connected to the Service.
5. Availability, Disclaimers & Limitations
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or API changes initiated by third-party providers including Meta Platforms, Inc.
In no event shall PagePilot or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive API usage, or compromise platform security.
